About

We’re here for you.

As the executive responsible for the health and welfare of your organization, you make decisions that affect the future of the organization and its employees.  We can help by identifying problems.  Most often, employees are way too close to a problem to correctly identify its scope or source.

We provide objectivity.

When you need a fresh viewpoint, it can be impossible to find internally. Employees, and sometimes board members, are so oriented towards making things happen, they simply do not have the objectivity required to evaluate how well the organization is performing in the context of a larger overview.

We shoot straight.

We don’t tell you what we think you might want to hear. We generate reports that you can use to analyze your current position and make informed decisions about the future.  Simply put, our only agenda is being accurate about the information we provide.  Whether that information reflects good positioning for your company is up to you.  If you decide no changes are needed, we leave you with potential obstacles having already been identified.  If you decide to enact changes, we provide an objective strategy for
effectively and efficiently doing so.

We act as a catalyst for change.

Not many people like change, but sometimes change is needed. As a consulting firm, we aren't vulnerable to the influence of corporate culture, employee morale, or other company politics that often get in the way of an organization instituting change.

We do the "dirty work" too.

Few relish the idea of being the person that announces process changes and make the cuts in the staff that may be appropriate.  We understand why.  Modernization and process changes can be devastating for employees - employees that may have added value to your organization over a period of years. To address this situation, we take the time and do the research required to implement an effective exiting employee assistance plan.  And while we feel badly for negatively affected employees, we always feel good about bringing new life to an organization.

We teach.

We can show your employees how to master new, more efficient ways of accomplishing their daily tasks.  We are able to do this because we spend a great deal of time testing and evaluating software, systems, and network costs and capabilities.  We monitor new processes and discoveries in the field, and translate those findings into real-world application.

We learn.

Our constant focus on the industry and the directions in which it is expanding, allows us to be of great value to those in the process of creating a new business.  We have the ability to comprehend your business goals and to formulate a strategy that leverages current technology and industry trends.

We're flexible.

While our fees fluctuate with the difficulty and scale of the tasks involved, we can almost always provide a choice of hourly billing or a (flat) project rate.  We also understand the strain today’s economy may be placing on your budget.  With that in mind, and a keen eye on expenses, we make every effort to find a way to make you a client.

We appreciate your business.

We're not immune to the economy either.  According to Kennedy Consulting Research and Advisory,
the majority of consulting firms today are dealing with contractions and turnover of top talent.  We appreciate the patronage of each client and seek to make long-term relationships that contribute to a mutual success.

And finally, whether you end up becoming a client or not, let me thank you for taking time to learn more about us and for considering including us as an extended part of your organization's future.
